He further submits that the petitioner is aged about 61 years and he runs a snack shop. He also submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 20 of this application. He then submits that in the FIR, it has been noted that the liquor loaded on the vehicle was of one Shankar Gorain. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner.

4.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that from the house of the petitioner, liquor has also been recovered.
5. Annexure-2 is the document, which clearly suggests that the said house was rented out to Vinod Chauhan and he was utilizing the said house. In the FIR itself, it has been noted that the loaded liquor on the vehicle was of Shankar Gorain. Further, the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 20 of this application. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Seraikella in connection with Kandra P.S. Case No.49 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
