The present restoration application has been filed for recalling of the orders dated 08.11.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as well as the consequential order dated 18.12.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10414/2023. 2. Heard. 3. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the same is allowed subject to the payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- which is to be paid to the Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority within a period of four weeks. Accordingly, the order dated 08.11.2024 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as well as the consequential order dated 18.12.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) in S.B.
