By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant, who has been engaged as counsel for the petitioners in WP(C) No. 1578/2018 has prayed for withdrawal of her name as counsel for the petitioners on the ground that despite several correspondences, the petitioners are not responding for which the engaged counsels are facing difficulty in representing the petitioners and arguing the matter before the Court. 3. The applicant categorically stated that the petitioners have been informed by her through the letter of intimation of withdrawal on 17.07.2026. Therefore, the applicant prays for withdrawal from the case. 4. Ordinarily unless the petitioners are informed by the engaged counsel to withdraw from the case, the prayer for withdrawal would not be appropriate to be allowed. However, considering that the applicant had already issued a letter of intimation of withdrawal on 17.07.2026, I deem it appropriate to allow this Page No.# 4/4 application. 5. Accordingly, the applicant is allowed to be withdrawn as engaged counsel in WP(C) No. 1578/2018. The names of the counsels in WP(C) No. 1578/2018 stand struck off. 6.
