P.P. …...... 02/ 12.06.2026: By filing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, petitioner prays for extension/ modification of the time granted to the petitioner for surrendering before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, in the final order dated 17.04.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.2202 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that shortly after the passing of the said order, the petitioner unfortunately met with a minor road accident while traveling resulting in multiple bodily injuries, including injuries to his limbs and back, due to which he was advised complete bed rest and restricted physical movement, thereby incapacitating him from travelling or appearing before the learned Court below within the stipulated time. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission and fact of this case, the order dated 17.04.2025 passed in A.B.A. No.2202 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the petitioner now should appear before the Court below till 19th June, 2026 and furnished his bail bonds. 4.
