Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 17.07.2026, issued by the Additional Director (RD), H.P., Shimla-9 and copy of notification dated 02.06.2026, issued by the Secretary (Rural Dev.) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid notification dated 02.06.2026, reveals that on the recommendation of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Departmental Promotion Committee and in view of the judgment passed in CWP No.9063 of 2025, the petitioner has been ordered to be promoted to the post of Block Development Officer, (Class-I Gazetted) in the Level 17 of the Pay matrix i.e. ₹53,600-1,70,100/- on regular basis, w.e.f. 09.01.2025, along with all consequential benefits. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 09.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.9063 of 2025, titled, Sanjay Verma vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears, if any, are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
