In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the concerned respondents to hold a departmental enquiry and lodge a criminal case against the erring police official who had outraged the modesty of the petitioner and had looted the mobile and had falsely implicated the father and the brother of the petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Officer-in-Charge of Ranka P.S. as well as the ASI, Rajesh Kumar Jha and other police officials had come to the house of the petitioner and misbehaved with her and when it was objected by the sister-in-law (Bhabhi) of the petitioner, she was assaulted and thereafter the brother and the father of the petitioner were implicated in a false case being Ranka P.S. Case No. 11 of 2026 and they were taken into custody. It has been submitted that a representation was made before the authorities, but till date no action has been taken by the respondents. It appears that the petitioner has represented the respondent No. 5 with respect to her grievance as enumerated in this application, but the same has not yet been considered. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt/ production of a copy this order.
