Interim Bail Application No.15326/2025, by which prayer has been made for refund of the amount as deposited by the petitioner, as the petitioner has surrendered before the Jail Authority in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 17.12.2025. 2. This Court has considered the order dated 17.12.2025 in pursuance to which the petitioner was granted the interim bail, thereafter, he has surrendered before the jail authorities. The amount as deposited including the securities as ordered by this Court dated 17.12.2025 shall be refunded/returned back to the [2026:RJ-JP:3134] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-45/2026] petitioner, as the petitioner has surrendered in compliance of the order. 3.
