Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that amount of Rs.1,39,500/- has been disbursed in favour of petitioner and therefore now the relief as sought for by the petitioner has been granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of covering memo, petitioner has also submitted document which is an application/representation submitted by petitioner before the Secretary, Chhattisgarh Rajya Mahila Aayog on 17.10.2025 requesting for payment of balance amount of Rs.99,000/- of 66 hearings, which till date, is pending consideration. 3. Learned counsel for respondents jointly submit that earlier also, amount due and payable to petitioner could not be disbursed in his favour in time for want of fund as the respondents are dependent upon the fund to be released by the State Govt. for running institution. 4. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, representation submitted by petitioner as also submission made by learned counsel for respondents that for want of fund, amount could not be disbursed in favour of petitioner, respondents are directed to consider claim of petitioner and to release fund if found that petitioner is entitled for, after verification, within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
