This Criminal Revision has been preferred by the applicants under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (for short “the Act, 2015”), challenging the order dated 25.11.2025, passed by the learned Additional Session Judge (FTC), Raipur (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No. 543/2025 upholding the order dated 7.11.2025 passed by the learned Principle Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Board, Raipur (C.G.) rejecting the bail application of the applicants in connection with Crime No. 11/2025 registered at Police Station Kharmardih, District – Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 102 of the Juvenile Justice Act. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this Criminal Revision with liberty to file appropriate application before an appropriate forum. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to this proposition put forth by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
