Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/ECI submits that out of the affidavits of the list of members furnished by the petitioner, verification of 19 members has been carried out. One of the members could not be verified as she has expired. 3. Counsel for ECI further submits that verification in respect of one other member shall be carried out within 15 days from today.
