JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. In this Writ Petition, petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: " 1. To direct the respondent no.3 that not to renew the Accreditation / Recognition of the respondent no.6 school for the academic year 2024-25 in view of the government circulars dated 14.10.2022, 07.10.2023 and 24.07.2024 (Annexure-AM, AN and AP) and per the direction/instruction dated 30.03.2024 (Annexure-AD) issued by the respondent no.3 and also based on the report dated 16.05.2024 of respondent no.4 (Annexure-AG) and school inspection report dated . 16.10.2023 and 05.02.2024 of respondent no.5 (Annexure-Y and AB) in the ends of justice and equity. 2. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or direction, directing the respondent authorities to - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13649 WP No. 28577 of 2024 consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 02.03.2023 (Annexure-L), 18.04.2023 (Annexure-M), 13.06.2023 (Annexure- P), 24.07.2023 (Annexure-S), 30.10.2023 (Annexure-Z), 01.04.2024 (Annexure-AE), 02.04.2024 (Annexure-AF), 27.06.2024 (Annexure- AH) and 05.08.2024 (Annexure-AL) of the petitioner based on the government circulars dated 14.10.2022, 07.10.2023 and 24.07.2024 (Annexure- AM, AN & AP) and to cancel the recognition and further not to renew the recognition/accreditation of the respondent no.6the school in the ends of justice and equity ." 3. The prayer made above does not survive for consideration since this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot issue a negative relief. 4. However, in so far as consideration of the representation as contended by the petitioner in prayer column (2) is concerned, it is open for the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority raising grievance against respondent No.6 - Institution. If such a representation is made by the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, same shall be considered - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13649 WP No. 28577 of 2024 by the said authority, within two months from the date of receipt of such representation. 5.
