It transpires from the order sheet dated 01.04.2024, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, that time was granted to the learned counsel for the applicant to cure the defects pointed out by the Registry of this Court, however, to date, the defects have not been cured. Furthermore, the present petition is barred by a delay of 135 days, and no application for condonation of delay has been filed. 4.
