[2026:RJ-JP:3545] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 1476/2026 Dinesh Kumar Jangid S/o Late Shri Kailash Chand Jangid, Aged About 32 Years, R/o Ward No. 11, Jagannath Road, Kuchera, P.s. Kuchera, District Nagaur (Raj.) (Accused In Judicial Custody Since 14.11.2025 In Central Jail Jaipur). ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Kanika Burman Mr. Nirbhay Tiwari Ms. Pooja Chauhan For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, PP with Mr. Devi Singh, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 27/01/2026 1. The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.508/2025 registered at Police Station Jawahar Circle, Jaipur City (East) for offence under Sections 64(1), 69, 75(2), 77, 79, 351(3), 319(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 67-A and 66-E of I.T. Act, 2008. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that at the time of alleged offence, age of the petitioner was 32 years while the age of the victim was 54 years. He argued that in the statements recorded under Section 183 BNSS, it reveals that the [2026:RJ-JP:3545] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-1476/2026] victim was in constant touch with the petitioner. He further urged that no photo or video has been recovered from the present petitioner. Even the victim herself has not voluntarily undergone the medical examination which shows that the matter is consensual in nature. He again submits that the petitioner is behind the bars since 14.11.2025 and charge-sheet has been filed. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioner in further custody and the bail application of the petitioner may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioner. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Dinesh Kumar Jangid S/o Late Shri Kailash Chand Jangid, be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
