This application has been filed under Section 430 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for suspension of sentence and to allow the applicants to go on fresh bail during the pendency of the connected Criminal Revision Petition. 3. I have gone through the judgment of the trial court. I have also considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. The sentence imposed upon the applicants Kalu Ali and Hydar Ali @ Baghe Ali by the learned Asstt. Sessions Judge, Morigaon in Sessions Case No. 179/2014 shall remain suspended till disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition. 5. It is hereby directed that the applicants Kalu Ali and Hydar Ali @ Baghe Ali shall be released on fresh bail of ₹25,000/- each with sureties of like amount to the satisfaction Page No.# 3/3 of the learned Sessions Judge, Morigaon With the aforesaid direction, this IA stands disposed of.
