This matter has been placed before this Court at the instance of the petitioner, seeking correction of certain inadvertent typographical errors that have crept into the judgment dated 16.04.2026. 2. It is submitted that the words "and Delhi" were incorrectly added at several places in the said judgment. For the sake of maintaining the sanctity of the judgment, it is necessary that these errors be rectified. 3. Accordingly, the words "and Delhi" shall stand deleted from the judgment dated 16.04.2026 at the following locations: a. Page 4: Line 6 of Paragraph 1.4. b. Page 5: Line 4 of Paragraph 2(I). c. Page 9: Line 5 of Paragraph 3.4. d. Page 13: Line 3 of Paragraph 5.1.1. e. Page 15: Line 7 of Paragraph 5.1.6. f. Page 26: Line 3 of Paragraph 6.2. 4. The Registry/ Department shall carry out the necessary rectifications and incorporate these changes into the original judgment. 5. This order shall be read as part and parcel of the judgment dated 16.04.2026. 6. All other portions of the said judgment shall remain unaltered. 7.
