1. The present petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the
order dated 06th June, 2026 passed by the Family Court-02, South-East, Saket, New Delhi in GP 18/2020, wherein, it had been directed as follows:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted visitation rights with the children during the summer vacations, on three days, from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM, at the Children’s Room, Family Court, Saket. However, the said visitations were only for brief durations and were not held properly.
3. This Court notes that the summer vacations are already over.
4. This Court is informed that the petitioner and his father are already being granted visitation with the children once a month, every third Saturday from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM at Children’s Room, Family Court, Saket.
5. This Court records the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that since the respondent-mother is present inside the Children’s Room, the children who are twins, viz. a boy and a girl, do not freely mix with the petitioner-father.
6. Though, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he ought to be given unsupervised visitation with the children, however,

respondent, submits that since the children have been living with the respondent-mother since their childhood, even if the respondent-mother tries to come out of the Children’s Room, the children run after her. 7. Accordingly, in order that the children build a bond with the father, it is directed that the petitioner and respondent shall engage in group activities with the twin children, including, playing board games and other games. Further, the petitioner would also be at liberty to show photographs of other members of his family to the children so that the children recognize the other members of the family of the father also. 8. During such group activities with the children, in the presence of the respondent-mother, the petitioner would also be at liberty to click photographs with the children, if the children are so comfortable. In this regard, the petitioner is directed to develop the comfort level with the children. 9. The petitioner and the respondent are directed to cooperate with each other in respect of the group activities with the children during the visitation hours of the petitioner-father. It is further directed that the petitioner and the respondent shall not engage in any untoward conversation with each other, shall maintain decorum and civilized behavior in front of the children, and refrain from making any personal remarks against each other. 10. This Court is informed that since the third Saturday of this month was a national holiday, the visitation of the petitioner with the children could not take place. 11. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent shall bring the minor children to the Children’s Room at Family Court, Saket between 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM on next Saturday, i.e., 22nd August, 2026, in lieu of the By:HARIOM SHARMA Signing Date:18.08.2026 14:50:26

visitation that had to happen on 15th August, 2026. 12. The Family Court, Saket shall ensure that Child Counsellor shall be present on 22nd August, 2026, at the time of visitation, in terms of the orders having already been passed by the Family Court. 13. With the aforesaid directions the present petition is disposed of. 14.
