The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.08.2025 passed in WP.No.10260/2025. In terms of the said order, the learned Single Judge of this Court had directed the respondents to consider the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:19225-DB CCC No. 350 of 2026 complainant's case for payment of wages, in terms of the direction issued by this Court in earlier writ petitions being WP.No.14116/2020 (S-REG) and other connected matters, which were disposed of on 15.11.2021. The accused has since passed an order dated 07.04.2026 rejecting the complainant's demand for regularization or grant of payment at the rate of 1/30th of the relevant pay scale. 2. In view of the above, we are unable to accept any proceedings under the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 are required to be initiated. 3. The complaint is accordingly closed. Needless to state that in the event the complainant is aggrieved by the order dated 07.04.2026.
