Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relates to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for modification of the Setup, 2008 (Annexure-P/2) to the extent that which may be permitted to the Lecturer of Physics and Chemistry to be posted at High School for teaching of the Class 9th and 10th Student including the others subject. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly further be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the representations PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 (Annexure-P/3) of the petitioner within stipulated period with reason and speaking order. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/relief's in favour of the petitioners, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representation before Respondent No. 2 for redressal of his grievance as raised in this writ petition, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction to Respondent No. 2 be issued to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specific time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, without entering into merits of case of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the pending representation of petitioner, in accordance with law. 5.
