With the consent of both the parties, the present petition is disposed of in the following terms: (i) The order dated 02.11.2021, is hereby quashed and set aside. (ii) The learned Trial Court is directed to call for affidavits from both the parties along with their respective statements regarding payment of rent. (iii) Upon filing of the said affidavits, the learned Trial Court shall adjudicate the application afresh under Section 19A of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001, strictly in accordance with law. (iv) The aforesaid exercise shall be completed by the learned Trial Court within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 2.
