Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- (i) That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities to decide revenue case No. A-12/2024-25 for seeking demarcation of the land within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner. 2 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is registered owner and occupant of the land bearing Khasra No. 672/3, area 0.4210 hectare situated at village Tulsi, Patwari Halka No. 75, Revenue Circle Serikhedi, Tahsil and District Raipur (C.G.). He further submits that some unauthorized persons are disturbing his peaceful possession over the aforesaid land, therefore, petitioner filed application for demarcation of the said land bearing Revenue Case No. 12/2024-25 before Tahsildar, Raipur. He next submits that team of Revenue Inspector, Raipur have filed report (Annexure P-1) dated 15.05.2025 before Additional Tahsildar, Raipur, District Raipur, despite that Additional Tahsildar has not passed final order in aforesaid revenue case, hence, respondent No. 4 - Tahsildar, Raipur may be directed to pass final order in aforesaid revenue case. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that aforesaid revenue case is under consideration and order shall be passed at the earliest. 4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Perusal of fact contended by the petitioner and documents filed annexed with the writ petition show that team of Revenue Authorities have filed demarcation report (Annexure P-1) dated 15.05.2025, despite that not passing order in aforesaid revenue case show apathy and negligence on the part of the Tahsildar, Raipur (respondent No. 4). Therefore, this petition is disposed of directed respondent No. 4 /Tahsildar, Raipur to pass orders in Revenue Case No. A-12/2024-25 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt /submission of copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observations & directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, stands disposed of.
