The present matter relates to the grant of Disability Pension, Ex Gratia Compensation, and arrears of Attendance Allowance along with an interest @ 9% per annum from the date of entitlement/retirement. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that approval has already been granted for the grant of Disability Pension to the petitioner. 3. He submits that only the sanctioning of the said amount is awaited. 4. He further submits that the amount towards Disability Pension shall be disbursed, within a period of one month from today. 5. Accordingly, the respondents are held bound by the aforesaid statement and it is directed that the Disability Pension and other amounts shall be released to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks, from today.
