Ninu, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application the applicant seeks correction of the name of the petitioner as well as the address as reflected in the order dated 28.09.2026, which is annexed to the application as Annexure-I. The learned counsel submits that name of the petitioner has been wrongly reflected as Tashi Tchondrul Dirkhipa and the spelling of Arunachal Pradesh is also not correct. The learned counsel submits that the name of the petitioner may be corrected as Trashi Tchondrui Dirkhipa and the spelling of the Arunachal Pradesh also should be accordingly corrected. The learned counsels appearing for the opposite parties have no objections to the prayer made in the application and accordingly, the prayer made for correction of the name of the petitioner and of the State of Arunachal Pradesh as prayed for is hereby allowed.
