In the writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.05.2025, contained in Memo No.560 whereby the petitioner has been put under the suspension. He further prays that the Disciplinary Proceeding which has been initiated against the petitioner be concluded at the earliest. 4. Considering the nature of the prayer made, without interfering with the order of suspension, since the departmental proceeding is pending since 26.05.2025, I direct the Disciplinary Authority who is respondent No.2 to conclude the departmental proceeding initiated against the petitioner, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and handover the final order to the petitioner. 5.
