Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. It is made clear that if the petitioners move before the learned Court by way of filing regular bail petition, that will be decided by the learned Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced to this order.
