JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The complainant is before the Court in a strange circumstance that the accused had approached this Court seeking expeditious disposal of the proceedings in W.P.No.25237/2025. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had directed conclusion of the trial within 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 2. The complainant is now before the Court on the score that CW-2 is bedridden and day-to-day the matter is being taken up in the light of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. While the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court cannot be found fault with, the petitioner, if CW-2 is unable to attend the Court proceedings, it is always open to him/her to file an application seeking exemption from appearance till the conclusion of the trial. 3.
