Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition and submits that the petitioner be allowed to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Doda on the next date of hearing and till then the operation of the non-bailable warrants issued against the petitioner be kept in abeyance. 2. His statement is taken on record. 3. Ordered accordingly. 4. It is further directed that in the event the petitioner does not cause appearance before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Doda on the next date of hearing, this order, staying the operation of non-bailable warrants, shall cease to be in operation and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Doda shall proceed in accordance with law.
