The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent District Education Officer, Surajpur & Principal, Government Higher Secondary School Ramnagar to allow the petitioner to perform her duty as Guest Teacher at Government Higher Secondary School Ramnagar Block & District – Surajpur. Further the issue the extension order of the petitioner’s services. 10.2 to kindly grant any other writ/writs, order/orders, relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon’ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Guest Teacher/Vidyamitaan and in the academic session 2025-26, she was not permitted to work on the ground that the said post is not vacant and available. She contended that as per the facts of the case and the policy of the State Government, Guest Teacher (Vidyamitaan) should not be declared to be in excess, therefore, she may be permitted to submit a representation before the Respondent No. 3 and direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking permission to submit representation and to take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, 3 this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3 and if such a representation is submitted by the petitioner, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 02 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
