The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: “1. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR no. 49/2025 registered on 04/03/2025 U/s 420,467,468,471,420,120-B of IPC at police station Vaishali Nagar, District Durg Chhattisgarh, in the interest of justice. 2. Any other relief this Hon'ble High Court deems fit.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional criminal Court against the petitioner. 4.
