Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the instant writ petition has been filed seeking seniority with all consequential benefits from 06.01.1993 on the post of Sub-Engineer. That on the basis of reply and on discovery of new facts the petitioner wants to invoke the remedy of law available under the Chhattisgarh Industrial Relations Act and Rules as Industrial Disputes Act 1947, therefore, the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to invoke and pursue the remedies available. 3. Learned counsel for the State has made no objection in this regard. 4.
