The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the establishment of a School by Respondent No.5 in Mudigubba Town contrary to Section 20 of Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that permission was granted in favour of Respondent No.5 on 24.03.2026 by the District School Educational Officer, Sri Satya Sai District and a copy of the same is furnished to this Court. 3. In the light of the same, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to the Writ Petitioners to challenge the permission granted in favour of Respondent No.5. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. 5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 6.
