The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police has not objected for relaxation and he submitted that the petitioner complied with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2152 of 2026 in Crl. O.P. No.34247 of 2025 dated 10.02.2026 that “ petitioner shall stay at krishnagiri and to appear before the krishnagiri Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders’ is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
