Additionally, it has been submitted that such order was passed at the stage of consideration of charges presumably on 9th August, 2025. The petitioner is in custody since then. The learned trial court is directed to reconsider the report submitted before the Hon’ble High Court so far as the Voter Identity Card of the petitioner and other documents are concerned which were the conclusive opinion. The bond at the stage was definitely furnished by the surety and there is all probability that the same address was 2 appearing in the First Information Report, as such, the same was copied by the surety. The learned trial court would exercise its judicial mind and, thereafter, reconsider the liberty of the present petitioner. With the aforesaid observations, CRM(M) 661 of 2026 is disposed of.
