Heard the parties. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the Circle Officer, Namkum to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an order. He submits that the Khata number of the land belonging to the petitioner has been wrongly entered in the Online Register, which needs to be corrected. 3. Considering the nature of the grievance, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Namkum, who will consider the representation of the petitioner and will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, after making necessary inquiries and also after going through the offline register and the other land records. 4. The Circle Officer, Namkum will conclude the entire process within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter will act accordingly. 5.
