On 07.04.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. The matter was subsequently listed on 19.04.2021. On that date, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had died and that he intended to take necessary steps. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 23.02.2026, and on that date also there was no representation for the petitioner. As seen from the record, though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted on 19.04.2021 that the petitioner was no more and no appropriate application has been filed even after the lapse of five years. Even today, when the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal,” there is no representation for the petitioner. However, Sri V.S.R.
