After going through the record and after hearing the parties, I find that though this is a case for mutation but both the parties are claiming title over the disputed area, which is five decimals of land. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had purchased the said land by two sale deeds bearing sale deed No. 9427 and 9428 dated 05.11.1990, whereas the private respondents had also purchased the said property prior to the execution of the said sale deeds. 4. From the arguments of the parties, it is quite clear that there is dispute in respect of title, which cannot be decided in an application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Thus, the petitioner is so advised to file appropriate suit, impleading the private respondents, before the Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, who will decide the claim of the parties. Once the suit is decided, it is expected that revenue entries will be recorded in accordance with the final decision passed in the suit. 5.
