Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not approached the competent authority earlier by submitting representation and therefore at this stage she is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction of this Court to submit comprehensive representation before respondent No.3/Collector raising all grievance as raised in this writ petition and a direction be issued to Collector to consider and decide the representation within specified time frame. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner he is having no objection. 3. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit representation raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and if such representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation considering the grounds to be raised in an objective manner and to decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period 3 months from the date of receipt of representation.
