On account of subsequent developments during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners have filed this application seeking leave to add Mr. Vijay Radhakrishana Jadhav and Mr. Namdeo Ambadas Yeole as respondent Nos.6 and 7 in the writ petition. Another prayer is also made in the application to put a rider on creation any third party interest in respect of Gat No.534 admeasuring 8 Hector 83 R situated 2026:BHC-AUG:47062 2 905 WP 10068 OF 2023 at village Brahmani, Taluka Rahuri, District Ahilyanagar. There is also one additional prayer to prevent the parties from changing the nature of property from agricultural property to any other use. Notices were issued to the proposed respondents. Pursuant to the notices, today it is informed that Mr. G. R. Syed, learned Advocate has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent Nos.6 and 7. 2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is partly allowed. 3. The petitioners are permitted to amend title clause of the writ petition by adding the name of Mr. Vijay Radhakrishana Jadhav as respondent No.6 and Mr. Namdeo Ambadas Yeole as respondent No.7. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners to serve compilation of the writ petition paper book to Mr. G. R. Syed, learned Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.6 and 7. 5. So far as prayer clauses B(i) and (ii) of the application are concerned, any development including creation of third party interest in respect of Gat No.534 admeasuring 8 Hector 83 R situated at village Brahmani, Taluka Rahuri, District 3 905 WP 10068 OF 2023 Ahilyanagar shall be subject to the final outcome of the Writ Petition No.10068 of 2023. 6.
