JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.02.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.5216/2024 (KLR-LG). 2. The learned Single Judge of this Court has directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, collect the TT charges and issue saguvali chit within a period of four months from the date of the said order. The respondents-accused filed affidavits on 06.08.2025 and 20.11.2025. The affidavits indicate that the direction of the learned Single Judge has been - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12351-DB C.C.C. No.1139/2024 considered and an endorsement dated 29.11.2024 has been issued to the complainant indicating the consideration of his representation. 3. In view of the aforesaid endorsement and the affidavits, we are of the view that there is compliance of the directions of the learned Single Judge and there is no willful disobedience of the order. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped. Notice issued to the accused stands discharged. It is open for the complainant to assail the said endorsement in accordance with law.
