Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 16.07.2026 and office order dated 23.05.2026, passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 23.05.2026, reveals that the Principals of the schools, where the petitioners are working, have been directed to fix the pay of petitioners for the period they served on contract basis, subject to the outcome of LPA being filed by State and other legal remedies. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 11.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.19495 of 2025, titled, Mohinder Singh & Ors. vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioners, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
