This is a Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking a direction to Respondent No. 2 – Unique Identification Authority of India to decide the Representation dated 28.07.2026 (“Representation”) of the Petitioner for revival of his suspended / cancelled Aadhar Card No. 7935 4112 3119. 2. Issue Notice. 3. Mr. Brijesh Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 accepts Notice. 4. In view of the prayer sought in the present Petition, the learned Counsel for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that Respondent No. 2 shall abide by the Order passed by this Court and have no serious objection if a direction is passed directing Respondent No. 2 to decide the Representation of the Petitioner. If the Petitioner remains dissatisfied by the decision taken by Respondent No. 2, the Petitioner shall have liberty to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
