That this Hon’ble Court may kindly quash First Information Report Dated 21.01.2025 Registering Crime No. 0033/2025 For The Offence Under Section 85 of BHARTIYA NYAY SAHITA (BNS) 2023 (ANNEXURE A-1) invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court provide under section 528 OF the BHARTIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA, 2023, in the interest of justice. 2. And to kindly grant any other relief to the petitioners as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case, may also granted to the Petitioner.” 3.
