Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr.N.Bharath Simha Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners, submits that Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are interfering in the civil dispute between the Petitioners and some private individuals. 4. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that based on a representation made by some private individuals, the Petitioners were called to Respondent No.3 Police Station. After conducting a preliminary enquiry, it was noticed that civil disputes are pending between the Petitioners and third parties. Therefore, Respondent No.3 advised the Petitioners and the third parties to approach the competent civil court. 4 5. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.3 not to further interfere in the civil dispute between the Petitioners and third parties. 6.
