JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 08.10.2026 Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard the learned counsel Page No.# 3/3 for respondent No. 5. This is an application under Order 22 of CPC read with Section 151 of CPC for substitution of the respondent No. 4 by his daughter namely, Mary Laldingngheti. It is stated that the respondent No. 4 has expired on 17.09.2024 and copy of the death certificate has also been annexed. It is further stated that it has come to the knowledge of the applicant that the respondent No. 4 is survived by his daughter namely Mary Laldingngheti who resides at Venghlui, Aizawl, Mizoram. Having regard to the above, the prayer for substitution is allowed. The respondent No. 4 shall stands substituted by his daughter namely Mary Laldingngheti who is to be impleaded as respondent No. 6.
