Spoorthy Hegde, learned AGA is directed to take notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2. In this petition, the petitioner seeks for the following relief: “a. Issue writ of mandamus/order directing the respondent No.2 to consider the representation at Annexure-C dated 23.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization and permanency - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13505 WP No. 5220 of 2026 and to pass a reasoned order within a time bound period, in accordance with law. b. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and perused the material on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having regard to the fact that representation at Annexure C dated 23.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner have not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 5.
