It is the contention of the petitioner that respondents no.2 and 3 have illegally encroached upon and occupied the Chabutra which is immediately outside the petitioner’s shop by erecting an iron counter and other structures thereby obstructing the petitioner’s ingress and egress. 3. Issue notice. 4. Notice is accepted by the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 and respondent no.4. 5. Ms. Shilpa Dewan, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- MCD submits that immediate action shall be taken for removal of the encroachment. 6. Taking the aforesaid statement on record, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondents no.1/MCD and respondent no.4/SHO to take immediate steps for removal of encroachment. 7.
