The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 31.12.2025 (Annexure-C) and 12.01.2026 (Annexure-C1). 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. C Channegowda, learned counsel for respondents. Perused the materials placed on record. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite having submitted the representations to the respondents, no orders have been passed till date, thereby compelling the petitioner to approach this Court in this writ petition. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representations would be - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13527 WP No. 7398 of 2026 considered in accordance with law, within a reasonable period. 6. In view of the aforesaid submission, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, if suitable directions are issued to the respondents to consider the same.
