1. In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 17.09.2019, passed by the respondent No.02, whereby one year SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN
2 extension on contract basis has been granted to the respondent No.03 to work on the post of Secretary/General Manager. However, during the pendency of this petition, the said period of one year has already been expired and it has also been informed that the respondent No.03 has also died.
2. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be done in this writ petition. It is accordingly disposed of.
