Heard both sides. There is no serious objection on the other side. 3. On a perusal of the averments, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay. 4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 61 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
