The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: i. Issue writ of mandamus direct or order the 3rd respondents to give immediate possession to the petitioner vide Annexure-E, dated
30.04.2019. ii. Pass such other orders or directions to the respondents as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The present writ petition is filed in the year 2022. It has come before the court only on two occasions, one on 06.04.2026 and the other on 07.04.2026. On both the

occasions there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter is directed to be listed under the caption for ‘dismissal’ on 08.04.2026. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that before the respondent they have given a representation that the amount shall be refunded. The writ petition without even being listed from 2022 is pending till 2026.
