02 /10.06.2026: Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. Irrespective of the prayer made in this writ petition, the
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if the representation filed before the District Collector, Pakur is
directed to be disposed of by this Court.
3. It is his grievance that there is already an order of removal of the encroachment but the Circle Officer is not removing the same for which he has approached the District Collector, Pakur.
4. Considering the said submission, if the petitioner files a representation before the District Collector, Pakur the same will be looked into and appropriate order will be passed considering

the report of the Circle Inspector within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
